Rachel Mikolas, DVM

Dr. Rachel Mikolas started at Yorkshire Veterinary Hospital in early July of 2023. She obtained her DVM from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Mikolas loves the human-animal bond aspect of veterinary medicine, but she also has special interests in behavior, nutrition, dentistry, and feline medicine. Dr. Mikolas has two tuxedo cats named Evee and Zuri (who are not related but you could never tell), a Beagle mix named Pretzel, and a Lab/Pittie mix named George. When Dr. Mikolas is not looking after our pets, she is out enjoying a nice walk or hike with her dogs or she is tending to her garden. Dr. Mikolas cannot wait to meet you and your fur-babies!!
